This was the first time I tried purchasing custom furniture from China for my UK home. I have to say I was very impressed of the service from beginning to the end. Caffey was exceptionally understanding and went out of her way to accommodate what I wanted. Options and possibilities of design and ideas are unlimited! If you can think of an idea PA Furniture cam make it! I was afraid maybe something might be missing or damaged when the goods arrived but no, all items were perfectly packed in quality packaging and all items were accounted for, everything was there. Although you have to be patient for the design, production and delivery but it is definitely worth it. Guests and friends are also impressed by the looks and quality of the furniture I have (I could earn some commission here :). Overall it was a great experience and would like to say a special thank you to Caffey who made the whole journey a pleasure. I am a !00% satisfied customer. Note: this is an honest UK customer review!
